Rita Stewart, Master Coach, Owner and Founder of Master Force, Inc., a training, coaching, and professional development company, is also the founder of the Master Force International Leadership Academy, an online school for Higher Living.

Born and raised on Chicago's South Side, Mu Shemsu-t (which she prefers to be called) graduated from Du Sable High School in 1976 and earned a BA in Communications and Business Administration from Westmar College (LeMars, IA). She began her career as an IT consultant and project manager, eventually forming her own technology company, The Stewart Group, serving Fortune 500 companies like Motorola, Zenith, Century 21, and Siemens Building Technologies.

Her passion for supporting others emerged during her time as Minority Affairs Advisor at Westmar College (1981-1986). At just 23, she made a significant impact on minority students, contributing to a rise in their graduation rate. This experience ignited her calling to encourage and support others.

For over 35 years, Mu Shemsu-t has channeled this passion into programs designed and developed through Master Force, Inc., which she founded in 1988. Master Force has conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and programs throughout the Chicagoland area.

Launched online in 2010, the Master Force International Leadership Academy provides access to resources and support for tapping into creative genius. This curriculum, developed since the early 1990s, includes educational products like "The Student Visualization for Academic Achievement" and "I am Jams."

Also launched in 2010, the Master Force Life Coach Certification Program trains participants to use metaphysics, astrology, and spiritual understanding to help others achieve their full potential. Hundreds of individuals worldwide have been certified through this program.

Mu Shemsu-t's personal journey has deeply influenced her work. Growing up in the inner city with a mother struggling with mental illness and without knowing her father, she began studying the brain at a young age, seeking answers to help her mother. At 17, a fractured leg and the fear of never walking again introduced her to metaphysics, sparking a lifelong passion for learning and applying transformative teachings.

This personal experience has given Mu Shemsu-t a natural connection with high-risk children living in under-resourced communities.
